We appreciate your support whether that is by sharing our message or purchasing from us and we apologise that you aren't entirely satisfied with your purchase, so we're here to help!

You have 30 calendar days to return an item/s from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item/s will need to have a receipt/proof of purchase (email confirmation).

When asking to return your item/s you will need to take a photograph of your item/s with the receipt/proof of purchase in it and e-mail this to us, using your order number as the subject.

You MUST clearly state the reason of your return and we will get this amended as quickly as possible for you.
